This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from musicstoreusa.myshopify.com or ShilakowskyArts.com (the “Sites”). 


When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what webSitess or search terms referred you to the Sites, and information about how you interact with the Sites. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. 


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Sites (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and 

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Sites (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Sites, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Sites), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States. 


When you place an order through the Sites, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. 


The Sites may be used by minors. We encourage people of all ages to explore and learn about music by browsing the offerings of the many talented composers and arrangers who's work is featured on the MusicStoreUSA sales channels.

Refund Policy at MusicStoreUSA



If you have problems with your order, please email us asap or call (508) 535-5249 and we'll figure out the best solution for you! 

Most important!!! Do not send back anything without a return authorization!!! Please read this complete policy!

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or packaged well enough to completely protect it from shipping damage.  Refunds are only granted when we have either shipped you the wrong product, ie, the product isn’t the same as the product description online or your product was in some way defective; ie, missing parts, pages or misprinted or broken. If it can be determined that your order was broken by the shipping company, we will help you communicate with the shipper, who will be responsible for reimbursing you . 

We will honor requests for refunds only under one of the following situations: 

  1. you received a defective product or...
  2. There was a shipping error & you received the wrong product.


If you have ordered the wrong item, we cannot honor refund requests if you change your mind, so please choose your purchases very carefully! If you are not sure about your purchase, please call as we can help you with your choice.

If a qualified situation as described above happened and you need to return a product or products, you must return the item(s) to MusicStoreUSA with a written return authorization and/or an approved shipping label, which we will send to you. Procedure...

  • Put your name, order number and the product description including the SKU number in your email or call us and give it to us over the phone (508) 535-5249. Please do NOT use chat or text for this.
  • We'll send you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number usually within 24 hours (except on weekends).


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Don’t worry though, because  In most cases we already have your information on file as we save all online order information. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Various products are supplied by different companies and have different warranties so contact us first for any returns. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or card account. Then please contact us directly if the expected refund funds haven’t been received yet. We will do our best to sort out issues for you. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, wrong item or damaged. (See details above) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email/chat/call. Do NOT mail your product back to us until we have sent your RA (return authorization). We will send directions how to use your RA including where to send it to! 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
